About Pitaya The Fruit Bat Vampire

Pitaya The Fruit Bat Vampire tells the story of a young, autistic fruit bat vampire whose day-to-day struggles in navigating the world lead to an unexpected friendship that changes both her life, and her perception of herself.
The director and screenwriter of Pitaya The Fruit Bat Vampire; Adam Walsh, is looking forward to working closely with his team of cast, crew, and all those involved in production of his Midlands-based, youth-focused, independent film project, and is delighted to collaborate with Westmeath-based filmmaker Darragh O’Rourke as they work to bring his story to life.
Both Adam and Darragh, along with their respective organisations, are delighted to welcome opportunities to collaborate with local actors, performers, creatives, organisations and businesses as production of Pitaya The Fruit Bat Vampire gets underway.
